Designation : Associate Director - F & B Service and Academic Coordinator
Experience : Pawan Sinha is a Passionate Hospitality professional and administrator with over 20 years of experience in Hotel industry and in Academics, with specialization in Food & Beverage Service and Mixology. He is an academician at UEI (New Delhi) since 2015. Under his guidance and innovative teaching style students have won several medals in different platforms like AAHAR & IHE, this includes Gold medal in IHE and AAHAR National level competition in year 2019&2023.

Experience : Having 22Years of Experience in Hospitality Industry. Worked in Leading Hotels In India and Abroad Like Taj, ITC, Inter Continental etc. Worked as “Chef De Cuisine” abroad. Also Worked as Executive Chef at Resorts Properties like Country Inn Bhimtal (Uttrakhand), Toshali Sands Puri (Odisha), Hotel Hindusthan International (Odisha).

Experience : Ms. Gurleen Kaur Sethi has qualified UGC-NET in Commerce in 2020. She pursued post-graduation in M.Com and under-graduation in B.Com (H) from Delhi University. She has worked as Assistant Professor in colleges affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She believes in transformational style of teaching through deep and clear understanding of concepts to real life practicality. She actively delivers course material, facilitates student’s engagement and creates a positive learning environment.

Also, designated as Assistant Professor, Head of the Department, F&B Services, between August 2000 - June 2003, and as an Associate Professor, July, 2015 – November, 2017 at The School of Hotel Management, Srinivas University, Mangalore and as Professor with IHM, Meerut.

Experience : Dr.Nisha Singh is an experienced academician with a strong Finance and Accounts background.She has submitted her Ph.D. in Forensic Accounting. She has over 16 years of experience in teaching, research and training. Presently working as a Associate Director of Management Studies with UEI Global, Lucknow, delivering classroom lectures to Hospitality Management students. She has a vast experience working with International Examination Bodies lie ABE from U.K. and Ed excel from U.K. and which is a part of biggest Publication House Pearson.

Presently, working as a senior faculty member of English and ACE with UEI Global Lucknow, with significant experience in the business outsourcing process sector, he brings hands-on knowledge from working with IBM Daksh and HCL Technologies. Experience : Mr. Praveen Rai born and brought up in city of nawabs Lucknow capital of Uttar Pradesh pursued his career in hospitality management with over 15yesrs of invaluable experience in brands like Golden Tulip, The Lalit, Sarovar Portico and many more. He also achieved a remarkable 2years experience in academics heading Room Division Department. He also pursued his MBA in Hospitality Management in 2010. He has a rich experience as General Manager in managing hotel operations, developing and implementing strategies to provide revenue and exceptional guest relations. He is presently engaged with UEI Global, Lucknow as Faculty Room Division.

With a deep passion for hospitality education, she has also contributed to renowned hotel schools such as Maharishi Arvind Institute of Hotel Management and the Food Craft Institute in Ajmer. She holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from IHM Jaipur, an M.A. in English Literature from MDS University, Ajmer, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Symbiosis, Pune. Surbhi combines practical industry experience with academic expertise, offering a unique and insightful approach to training and development in the hospitality sector.
